The Quaker Centre
The imposing Friends House building, opposite Euston Station in London, houses the Quaker Centre. The Quaker Centre has an excellent book shop where you may browse at your leisure, as well as a cafe serving delicious hot and cold food and drinks, Meeting Rooms for worship, conference rooms and other facilities for hire. There is also an online bookshop where you may obtain a wide range of publications. Courses and events are run here all year round, for example Quaker Quest, a course and set of resources for people wanting to learn more about Quakers. See the Links section below.

Two texts used widely by Quakers in Britain are Advices and Queries, and Quaker Faith and Practice. Both are available from the Quaker Centre book shop and online shop. You can also pick up a free copy of Advices and Queries from our Meeting House in Limes Road. Here is a link to Friends reading excerpts from Advices and Queries, on the Religious Society of Friends Facebook page.
